Kayla Rollins – Pro Athelete
Kayla Rollins embodies athletic excellence and inspires future generations. As an accomplished soccer player, she consistently showcases exceptional skill, agility, and leadership on the field.
Maya Rollins – College Runner
Maya Rollins, Ann Arbor’s rising track star inspired by Olympian father Fabian, overcame injuries to rank world top 20 in 100m hurdles. UVA freshman, youth mentor, aiming for ACC success and 2028 Olympics.

What motivated you to start MTE Enterprises?
It’s more a matter of who, my wife Marcia. She has always believed in me, even when other people didn’t, not even my own family. I didn’t make it easy, and I put her through a lot. But she never gave up on me. Everything I have done and aspire to do with MTE Enterprises is because of her. She is the reason that I am even pursuing this idea of helping kids and young adults live out their dreams in sports, entertainment and beyond. She encouraged me to start this company, years ago.
What are you hoping to achieve with MTE Enterprises?
I want MTE Enterprises to be that go-to support system where kids and young adults can get the tutelage they need, to be able to pursue their dreams in sports, music, TV, films, or other kinds of entertainment.
How will you measure the success of MTE Enterprises?
A lot of companies are in this business just for the money. The money isn’t what drives me. The big win for me is seeing people able to do the things they have always dreamed of doing, regardless of their background or where they come from. To have someone I tutelage become complete and happy, that’s what this is all about.
How do you approach instilling those fundamental ideas into the people that you coach and mentor?
First, I let them know that I am here, to support them in whatever they want to do. There are a lot of kids and young adults who don’t have anyone they can talk to or lean on for support, so that’s an important part of being a coach and mentor. When a person knows that you are genuinely interested in their wellbeing and success, they are a lot more likely to take your advice, whether that’s in sports or in life in general.
